and President
Marcelo is the founder and lead attorney at Gondim Law Corp.,
a member of AILA and licensed in California.
An immigrant himself, he has practiced law in the U.S. since 2010 and brings over 21 years of immigration law experience.
Julia Montenegro
Immigration Attorney
Julia is an immigration attorney licensed in California since 2019 and a member of AILA. She holds a Master’s degree from Chapman University School of Law.
A lawyer in Brazil since 2012, Julia joined Gondim Law Corp. in 2016. She is fluent in English and Portuguese.
Katherine Souza
Immigration Attorney
Katherine is an immigration attorney licensed in California since 2024 and registered with EOIR. She has also been a licensed attorney in Brazil since 2021 and holds an LL.M. from the University of New Hampshire.
